How do I select my dates for travel?
You may select your travel dates by simply filling out and sending in your reservation forms along with the appropriate reservation fee. For specific sailing dates please refer to our cruise section and view your desired itinerary.
How much advance notice needs to be given to secure travel dates?
A: Advance notice of at least 60 days must be given from your intended departure date.
When can I expect confirmation of my selected travel dates?
A: Once we are in receipt of your reservation request form, a travel consultant will be contacting you to verify your selections approximately 60-45 days prior to departure.
Can I go on-line and book my travel dates for the package?
A: No, a Travel Request form must be mailed to our office. Once request form is received our office will contact you about your requested travel dates.

A: Most cruise lines can accommodate up to four people per cabin. Your booking agent will be able to check availability once you have submitted a desired travel date. Travel is based on double occupancy.
Can I upgrade from the standard accommodations?
A: Yes, upgrades can be done at the time of booking with your travel consultant. Upgrade charges will apply and are based on availability.
Can I do an extended cruise?
A: We are a full service Travel Agency so are happy to work with your travel needs. However please understand that by changing the promotional itinerary you are going outside the promotion and will be subject to port and government fees associated with new cruise as well as fare difference. Please speak to a booking agent for specific details.
What if I need to add additional people?
A: Additional travels may be added while availability is open. Groups may not exceed 16 people and 4 cabins. Groups exceeding 16 will be void from promotional offer. Please call 877.551.3685 for further assistance.
Can I obtain a flight or rental car through Travel Services?
A: We can assist you with booking discount flights and assist special rates on a rental car when you speak with your travel coordinator.
Am I responsible for my own transportation to the port of call?
A: Yes. We can however make the arrangements and save you money.
Are meals and entertainment included on the ship?
A: All your meals and entertainment are included when on the ship.
How long will I have to use the cruise?
A: You have 18 months to travel with this promotion. The only thing we ask of you is to give us 60 days advance notice prior to your travel date. Travel must be completed within the 18 month time frame.
What should I pack?
A: Whatever you want - most people travel light on a cruise. Casual attire and resort wear is the order of the day both on board and in port. Shorts, slacks, sundresses, blouses, etc are in line for the women. Clothing for men is just casual. You will have a chance to dress up one night for the Captain's Cocktail Party and the Farewell Dinner on the other evenings you can dress casually for dinner. For those not wanting to dress up, there are other restaurants open nightly that have a causal dress code.

Can I extend my stay in Las Vegas?
Promotion is for 4 days and 3 nights but additional nights can be added for a surcharge.
What days can I travel with this promotion?
Your trip will have to be completed between the days of Sunday- Thursday. Friday and Saturday nights can be booked at an additional charge.
When do I have to travel?
You have 18 months to travel with this promotion. The only thing we ask of you is to give us 60 days advance notice prior to your travel date. Travel must be completed within the 18 month time frame.

Many couples choose to visit Las Vegas because of the large variety of entertainment. Whether you’re enjoying a romantic dinner for two or one of Las Vegas popular show, Las Vegas is a great location visit with that special someone.

Check in for condos are typically Friday, Saturday or Sunday. Your travel coordinator will be able to inform you what is available for the days you have requested.
